IPOQ valid payments

We are filling in an IPO questionnaire for my girlfriend whom has recently been declared bankrupt.

Are payments to her parents to whom she also owes money a valid payment on this form?

No. They are a creditor in the bankruptcy just like any other.

As such, payments to them would not be allowed on the IPOQ.
