I am not sure what this means? Sorry to sound so thick but am not great with this kind of stuff. The accounts were opened before 2008, I know that for sure.
Thanks for all the help you have given. I have decided to bite the bullet and call them both tomorow to explain that I can't pay this month. I am absolutely dreading it - they are awful and I am scared of how they will speak to me and what they will threaten. But I feel that at least if I let them know then they can't accuse me of ignoring the payment.
Hi, what I was suggesting is that if you are going to srcew you credit rating by gettin defaulted asking to see a copy of your CCA is a way of officialy putting things on hold. The other way is to make some sort of token payment to keep them off your back. There are others on this site more knowlegeable than myself. So if I give you a bump back to page 1 maybe the cavalry will arrive. Certainly dont contact them till you have firm advice.
