I'm 60 own our own house mortgage free, sibling and me have inherited a property, I would like to buy her out, and need 115000 to pay off what is the best way to borrow that sum of money?

Buy to let remortgage, or one where you intend to move in. Note some companies, particulary B2L providers, require you to have had a mortgage in the recnt past. Note some also require minimum income of £25k. excluding rental income.
