petticoat guidance, please

Sorry, I know there is a thread about petticoats rumbling around somewhere already?
I have ordered this dress:
http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?style=A3407
It is heavy satin, with an underneath layer of net, and then a lining layer. In the main picture she is sitting down, but to the right you can see pictures of her standing up so you can see the whole dress.
When I've got it on, it doesn't look anywhere near as full as on the model, and I want it to look full as the skirt has lots of fabric. Just wondering what sort of underskirt she must have on underneath it?
I've been married before, and had a ballgown fairytale dress before and I adored all the girly full/heavy/swishy thing. I just want to feel somewhat similar despite the dress styles being totally different.
I'm having wobbles about it if I'm honest. While I adore the dress (and I do genuinely love it!) I picked it to be the polar opposite of what I had before, but what I had I loved (if that makes any sense) so I'm worried on the day I will look at it and not like it as much as last time (which ended in disaster). If I can add some fullness and swishy puff, I shall be happy I think!!

It might need a hooped skirt - did you order the dress from a shop? If so, they might be able to let you try it on with various underskirts.0

Thanks. yes, it is from a shop.
I did suggest it in the shop but they said the netting should be enough, but as I say, it didn't sit like the model, it was much flatter on me. Doesn't help that I was with my mother (bless her) who railroaded me a bit by saying we should be deviating from puffy as I had a big skirt before. Suppose the answer is to go myself (sans Mum!) when it comes in and push it a bit more. Just wondered what sort of petticoat I should even be thinking about really?0 -
Linda is good for petti advice...I'm sure she'll be along at some point...0

I would try some on when you have your fitting. Explain you want the fullness of the model what would they recommend. They are the experts after all!!!Bump due 22nd September0

you can go for a jupon 122. A 128 will give a lot of fullness but apart from that the 185 is the biggest but will be HUUUUGGGGEEE.
Problem with photos is that they can be known to use 2 petticoats to achieve the right look.0 -
thank you.... appreciated! will investigate that and push the shop a bit further.0
