Hi All,

Does anyone anyone know any loan companies that will accept pretty much anyone, no matter how bad their credit history? APR etc is neither here nor there, it doesn't matter how high it is.

Well any payday loan company would - but seriously very very little in life is worth an APR is excess of 2000%.

What sort of money do you need to borrow and what for and how long for?

Oh it's not for me, i should have probably said that, i'm asking on behalf of someone else. His credit history is very poor, CCJs the lot, but he wants a loan and earns well so can afford to repay it. It's a very long story as to why he wants it which i'm not going to go into now! Payday loan companies are out as he wants £5k - £10k
  • What is the loan for, as taking further credit out may not be the best way forward if it's for debt consolidation etc?

I think the chances are zilch. if he earns well he should be able to save.

Yeah i think you're probably right, but surely there are companies out there that will accept just about anyone then charge a ridiculously high APR?

Highly unlikely for that kind of balance. As if he defaults on such a large loan early (or goes bankrupt etc) they will have lost far more than the excessive interest makes up for.

Matt, hand on heart, if you had the money would you loan him it. and risk not getting it back. If you wouldn't then do you think a lender going by track record alone would.
