Food stains on t-shirt

Options
Went on hols last week,eat a salmon pasta meal ,thin sauce ,ity splattered on my boss shirt,after washing the spots are still to be seen.

How do i get rid,oh i am so annoyed.

Any help plzzzzz

    Hi
    Spray with hairspray leave for few minutes before washing as normal, this fades the greasiest of spots, and gets rid of most tomato based stains.
