Bread making machine

Just bought one,reduced from £40 to £14.99,never used one before so is it as simple as selecting a programming,adding ingredients and leaving it,at the mo it's kneading,will it spread itself out and bake.

    Yes, that's all you need do with it. The bread will come out fine, but watch out for the paddle.

    If you don't like the hole the paddle makes, you can take the paddle out at the end of the kneading or knocking back stage.Just leave it to rise and bake, and you don't get the hole.
