2. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the rules as are these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of the rules.
3. The promotion will run in participating outlets from Monday 8th March 2010 and closes on Saturday 12th June 2010.
4. There will be 3 winners. Each will win a Nintendo Wii console Mario Kart Mega Package (Prize pack includes Nintendo Wii console, Mario Kart Wii including steering wheel, Wii Sports Resort and full sports pack.
5. Winner will be selected at random from all entries received and will be conducted by at least one independent person. Winners will be notified by telephone within 14 days of the closing date (Saturday 12th June 2010).
6. No purchase necessary. Simply visit http://www.mysunblest.com to enter.
7. Entries must be submitted through the official promotion website. Incomplete entries are not valid. The promoter cannot be held responsible for entries lost due to electronic systems or electronic errors or failures. Only one entry per person.
8. The prize is not redeemable for cash and prizes are non transferable. In the event of a dispute the decision of the promoter is final.
9. A full list of winners names and countries can be requested in writing from Sunblest 28 day after closing date (Saturday 12th June 2010) - see address in number 15 below. Simply mark your correspondence Sunblest Nintendo Winners Information.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
