Free gift from Givaudan for completing perfume survey

Hi, I did a search on here for Givaudan because I randomly received a bottle of perfume and the massive questionnaire - I haven't done any surveys for them so assumed the perfume was my first trial - seems it's a freebie instead - yay! My code is JAD - anyone know what this is or should I email them?

Got my big survey form yesterday & it is a BIG suvey form!
Had contact from parcelforce today to say they were unable to deliver a package & will re-deliver. It seems to have come from abroad so fingers crossed it may be perfume:D

I emailed them to see if I was getting mine and received this reply.

Dear Ms,
A perfume gift and our new questionnairehave been sent a few days ago. We do hope you will receive it in the comingweek.

I emailed them to see if I would be getting the perfume again like last year and got this reply:

You should receive our perfume gift with our new questionnaire but we were a bit late this year and the parcels have been sent last week.

I got the questionairre yesterday but didn't get any perfume. Were they sent with royal mail as my postman didn't have anything with him??
