If you e-mail them, you'll probably get a nice e-mail back asking for your details so they can send you out the contract to sign.
Don't be put off by how official that sounds, though! It will take you a while and it will ask your preferences of scents for perfume, household cleaners etc, shampoo ... it's definitely a 4 cuppa form to fill in.

After you send it back in the pre-paid envelope (so it doesn't cost you a bean!), they will contact you to let you know that you are on the panel.

Then, you will periodically get online surveys to do. Sometimes you get items to try out at home and at Christmas you get a posh bottle of perfume (big one, too!) from them to say thank you for being with them! It's worth it just for the perfume, but they do send you little itty bitty gifts now and then too.

Sometimes they do little competitions (I won three big travel bags), so do e-mail them and ask to be a part of their panel! This is their e-mail address:

First of all you should not have responded to our survey since the link is designed only for the person who is in our panel and you don't.

We have duly received your request in order to take part in our testing panel and we thank you very much for this.

Within a fortnight, we will send you some documents that you have to complete and send us back.

Your membership of our Panel will only become effective once we have received the completed questionnaire with your email address and once "Membership Contrat - Commitmetns to Confidentiality" has been approved.
If one of these conditions is not met, it will be impossible for you to take part in this Panel.

Thank you for all the info, I emailed them last night and got a lovely email back from them, saying they'll send the 'contract' to me. I hope I get on this panel - it sounds fabulous!

Im a member and recieved the email with the link to the survey but I cant get in to it just get the message "L'!tude est suspendue pour le moment" everytime I try, has any one else had this problem?
