Can I e-mail?

Just a query - I have a letter to send the CSA confirming a converstaion I had with them earlier today along with a piece of 'evidence'. Can I e-mail my letter to them? I will put it in the post as well but am fed up with the snail's pace at which things are moving so can I email as well? If so, to what address? Their contact page doesn't seem to have e-mails, only adddresses and phone numbers. Thanks!

There is an online contact form on their website!

Ive used it many times without any problems.
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
