I'm sure if you look for any local cake makers they will probably oblige.
  • I bought one from Tesco not long ago

well, it might not be exactly what you're looking for, but for a mate's birthday, I took two simple sponge puddings from M&S, covered them in peachy-coloured icing and topped them with a single nipple-like penny sweet each. Instant boobs. Whole thing cost about £8 and it was great fun to put it together too. :)

that sounds like much more fun - and if you cut a small slice off one they can be slightly uneven - even more realistic (well in my case anyway :rotfl:)

Even more moneysaving: cook a couple of plain cakes (like madeira) in a pyrex bowl and ice yourself. This also works for the base of a Barbie cake for kids (but cook just the one bowl for her crinoline skirt, stick a Barbie in the top of the cake (naked from waist down!!) and ice. Ready roll icing is easiest and you can decorate with sugar flowers and silver balls etc etc. HTH
  • My friend made some last year for annother friends birthday, and because the friends she was making it for is irish we put clovers on the boobs instead of nipples. It looked amazing
