Applying for a CCA

Hi,
can anyone tell me how i can apply for a CCA. just want to know where i head as i'm currently dealing with 1st Credit and from reading the forums sorting out a CCA is the first port of call.

CCA only applies to credit debts like loans,credit cards, hire purchases.
Debts like overdrafts, mobiles, sky tv etc are service agreements and as such you look foolish to send them a CCA request.
