Oh forgot to mention Playplan are dealing with my finances & have asked HSBC to Freeze Interest but with no joy.
Are they able to continue with high interest rates or do i have another option to stop this.
HSBc have not been helpful in anyway & not responded to letters i have sent by Special Delivery.
Advise Please.
