Ebookers 4000 nectar points still not added

Has anyone used this voucher that came out with the last nectar card mailing and actually managed to get the points added?
I was told to send the voucher to ebookers with my booking reference and the points would get added... voucher expired 15th July and I sent it off way before this date
Keep checking my balance and they still havent been added
