Credit Agreement Never signed

Hi there, i had a loan last week for £1000 from Yes Loans and i never signed a credit agreement i recieved the money and most of it is spent now but i just realised i never signed an angreement or any type of contract i just agreed terms and conditions on their website what does that mean?

Assuming all the details are correct, an online agreement is entirely enforceable.

ok so i accepeted t&c's on the website, but i didnt put ink to the paper and sign my name thanks for the info will look out for the bill in the post hehe

I have a Virgin/MBNA card with £3500 limit, I did not sign anything. It was all done electronically. Does this mean I don't have to pay it back?

Of course it doesn't.

I think the OP was hoping to be told "yes you have got some free money and dont have to pay it back."

It means you're owed compensation from the company. How dare they! Nasty people.
