I placed an order for size 10 on the 27 April, got email on 30 April to advise they are out of stock, order cancelled and no payment would be taken. I checked my bank account and £3.00 has been taken by M & S on 30 April. I have sent numerous emails to M & S and they advise that no payment has been taken and have no transaction taking place? I think this is very bad service by M & S and assume I will have to send them a copy of my bank statement.0

Maybe you could ask your bank if they could deal with it for you? I know when I've had a query with my bank about very not putting discount back into my account, the assistant said the bank would deal with it for me if they didn't return the money soon. They didn't need to in the end but I thought it was good to know that they would do that, and it was for an amount under a tenner!July- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments0
