Just had an email from ebuyer.com saying that due to a warehouse relocation they have some reductions (50%,60% and 70%) on 1000's of lines they must get rid of (not on-line). Lines include computers, TV's, furniture and components.
Location of warehouse is:
Ebuyer
Unit 1F
Holbrook Rise, Holbrook Industrial Estate
Sheffield
S20 3FF
phone number: 0114 2477556
open Mon-Sat 9-5
Hope someone gets a bargin from this

With Ebuyer most of these will be returns or no doubt stock that has been lurking about in the warehouse a while. But at least if you can go there you get to see what your money gets you.0

i just read this ... i am tempted to go and have a look but interested to know if anyone has been in the past to see?
I believe this is second time they've done this sort of thing.0 -
Call me a skeptic, but if it's anything like the online "clearance sales" they have you won't save more than about 50p. Thanks for posting though!

argh ... that would really chap my hide.
It's 120 miles away so I hope its better deals....
The email does say 50%+ savings though.0 -
120 miles? I hope you are not disapointed when you get there! As previously said won't it just be open boxes and very old stock?
Good luck with it if you go let us know how you get onThe main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0 -
so is there a shop there? i am looking to buy a laptop but sheffield is very far from here,, if someone goes could you post if there is anything worth a journey?0

I went a week or so ago,
Its basically a warehouse with lots of boxes of kit.
A bit jumbled up but not too confusing.
marked prices were roughly the same as online (for adsl routers and memory at least) but they were offering a 5% discount on marked prices, and obviously there's no shipping costs!!
Personally I didn't think it was worth it, but they may have dropped their prices since?? I may pop in tomorrow to check (going that way anyhow!!)
Hope this helps:rolleyes:0 -
Phoned the warehouse.
Everything has at least 40% off, with selected lines having more.
Warning: You can not courier items back for refund, you must return yourself.0 -
Ebuyer will be relocating to Leeds shortly so this may be to clear stock before they move.0

I went ... took way too long.
It was quite a large warehouse with about 3 aisles of stuff, not arranged in any particular order. I got the feeling that most of the good stuff had gone before I arrived, including £100 off the Samsung VM302B.
I've put it down to experience, it wasnt an amazing sale but those who went in the early hours would have gone away very happy.0
