Where to get a decent, but cheap-ish suit/blazer?

Hi all!
I need a suit for my leavers dinner next month. I don't want to spend loads on a suit because I'm very rarely going to need one afterwards. I mean, I don't even wear suits to interviews.
Can you suggest anywhere that does a nice looking and fitting suit at a reasonable price?
I've already got plenty of trousers, so maybe just a good shop for blazers and jackets and the sort?
Cheers!

you thought about renting one?0

Have you thought about eBay? I had never before bought second-hand clothes but I needed a dinner suit for a particular event and got an excellent one for £25 delivered. I've since bought one in the M&S sale (reduced from £199 to £49) but I didn't like the style so much and the 2ndhand one is a better fit so it went back.
The other place to try might be charity shops. I've never bought in them but have given loads of decent menswear stuff to them.0 -
My local charity shop has dozens of cheap dinner suits. I bought one for a do for about 20 quid. Cheaper than renting one! A lot of people seem to get rid of them after a couple of outings!"...IT'S FRUITY!"0

Was in Tesco the other say and saw a sign for suits from £29. No idea what they are like though.0
