I went to pick up my 4 cans of Cuprinol today, was kept waiting ages, told they'd not arrived, etc. Eventually, they found a battrered old box, which I opened to check and there were only 2 cans inside. I queried it, and they faffed about for ages trying to find the other two cans then said I had to ring Tesco Direct and they'd refund the difference, then changed their mind and said I'd received all my order as I'd only paid for two! It did say 4 cans on the order but it also stated "3 for the price of 2". Not at all happy. Finally, said I'd have a refund as I didn't want to pay nearly £20 for only two cans. So, after making a special journey and hanging about for nearly 30 minutes I came away without any paint but at least I got my money back. Has anyone else actually received/picked up the right amount of paint?
