Are there still template letters on the site re clearing up credit ratings?

I'm sure there used to be templates to send to your creditors to get them to upste the info they have on your credit reference - any idea if they're still on here somewhere?
I've written to a creditor and they haven't updated their info, need to knwo what to do next!

there used to be an article about how to get your credit rating upated (actually, I think it was to do with repairing your rating after going bankrupt - so maybe it's over there instead?)0
