Woolwich AIP....sort of?

Just an update on this thread, we got our credit checked AIP from Woolwich, so it does pay to go into the branch, and speak to one of their advisors. It looks like we can borrow just over 4x joint income, so now we can start properly looking for a house. We've booked 3 viewings already! :j
