Cheer for Co-Op. Boo for HSBC

OH and I received 2 letters yesterday
Cheer for Co-op Credit card saying that they've accepted the payment plan from the CCCS.
BOO to HSBC
1. Rejected CCCS offer
2. Ringing me at work and trying to get me to pay them money.
3. Telling me CCCS payments would be used to pay charges and interest.
I didn't have time to think today but next time they ring it'll be I'm at work can't talk as I'm not in a private office and the CCCS are dealing with it
Can I still claim my charges back?

Yes, but it won't endear you to HSBC. And while CCCS are trying to get agreement on your monthly payment, it might be politic to hold your fire. Ask CCCS about the timing.
And thanks for the post - I've always found the Co-Op to be different class whenever I have had dealings with them.0
