For what? For furniture?
For furniture no, their delivery is shi te:D If you miss the date you were given as available, they will give you another 2 weeks wait!! My OH had to go to London for business on short (well, 3 days) notice and even though we rung them IMMEDIATELY to cancel and re-arrange the delivery they A/still turned up (even though in the process they rung 3 times to say they are coming and we still repeatedly told them "no you are not, we already told you")
B/we weren't able to book new delivery slot until AFTER the missed one and then we had to wait another 2 weeks or something from that moment on...
But if you are flexible enough and have enough time I suppose this problem isn't as important.
If it's telling you 4 weeks on clothes, then no it's not in stock (otherwise it would tell you "in stock" and delivery would be there next day).
And then it basically just turns up whenever it comes to stock.. My clothes delivery guy is pretty cool. My OH knows him by first name:D because I order a lot of clothes for my friend's baby who lives abroad.
Just a note: for clothes bought in sales the delivery can take up to 4 weeks though...0 -
Thanks, should have said furniture, ordered the item because it goes perfectly in the space, will wait and see how bad they are.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

TBF I think they are quite good quality items given the price. I have whole bedroom and now also some bathroom furtniture from them (it was the bathroom furniture that was the problem this March, never had problem with bedroom but that was 3 years ago).
Looks nice and it's quite solid. Definitely better then Ikea + 100%:D0 -

Hmm it can be a bit dodgy when they give you a timescale in weeks. We ordered 2 x tracksuit tops and 2 x tracksuit bottoms for our lads on the 13th April. The tops were due in stock in "1-2 weeks" and the bottoms in "2-4 weeks". Both pairs of bottoms arrived on 10th May, but we received one of the tops on 18th May and the 2nd one yesterday, and did not receive any email or other notification to let us know about the delay. Even when we rang up the directory, they could only tell us there was a distribution delay and we "should" have them within 10 days.
Luckily we weren't waiting desperately for the goods, as I do think that their times are a bit vague.
Having said that though, if the item is in stock, then it always comes by 8:30 the next morning, so I can't fault them on that.0
