Could any one offer some advice, I have a loan with Welcome finance who missold insurance. I would like to try and reclaim this but I haven't actually made a payment to them for several months, other bills have taken priority! Will this make any difference to my claim?

I admire your cheek. Good luck with it; Welcome don't have a very good reputation here.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0

oh welcome finance how i bloody despise them.. they caused the sale of my house to go on and on for 6 months more than it should .. nearly killed the solicitor poor chap.
awful company .. just posted a thread myself on the subject in the loan section named "when is a secured loan not a secured loan?"
but with the miss sold insurance thing if you go to a debt consolidation company they should be able to offer you the service of recovering your insurance.
just type this into google "miss sold payment protection insurance" and a vast number of companies adverts come up over the topic.
choose the one that is best for you and good luck..
