Screen capture would never be able to record the video at a decent enough quality. Even with a really fast machine, you get juddering and broken audio - it's unwatchable, don't waste your time (like I did once)!
Hi
I got the £10 free credit through the metro offer and i have to use it today otherwise I lose it. I'm trying to buy a film for £9.99 but it want's me to enter my card details and there doesn't seem to be any way to deduct the cost from my credit. The credit is showing in my account as still being available but how do I use it? I've also found a 50% off code which appears to be working so I'd get the film for £5 and can then get another but I want to use my £10 credit.
Can anyone help me please?
hi pruney
when you click on which film you want it should take you to a new window headed rent/buy movie. click next. then under the heading enter payment info there are details of your available credit and balance to pay. click on got a voucher on the right hand side to use your £5 code and along with the credit you already have you shouldnt have to enter any card details. i didnt for mine but used the credit a while ago - check the small print of the offer - does it say use by today - which might mean the offer ended midnight on the 30th? Hope that helps
