in desperate need!!!! for advice

hi all, i am in desperate need for advice on debts, my partner and i have cleared quite a lot of debts that were left by his ex partner after leaving their shop in limbo. i came a long and have helped out loads. i moved in with him and rent my house out. my only problem is now we found out that his partner never sorted out the tax and ni for the shop staff, we had to deal with all the paperwork and have hmrc on our backs. my partner also has a credit card that he needs to clear desperately too as this was mainly caused by her aswell. he does not use any credit cards since meeting me 2and half yrs ago and i shall and neva will touch them. please could you help we want to clear this debts but not sure how and where we can go to do it? the amount we need is £13,000 any help would be more than gratefully accepted
