Tesco, Asda or Morrison shop today?

We need to do a shop, but not sure if we should pop to Asda or Morrisons, or just do it online at Tescos?
Tesco's would be the ideal option, if we could find a 500 points TCC code to use, otherwise it aint worth it tbh.
We will spend about £60/70 so any codes for Tesco's would be great.
