I've been naughty too and ordered some shoes from next. Not one but two pairs! :eek: They are an early birthday present from my OH, so that's ok isn't it? [insert confused smile!]

Well its officially all over. Got the shock of my life this morning (do not highlight the next bit if you are at all squeamish as it may be TMI) when I went to the loo and what was probably a foetus came away with my sanitary towel Scan (external and internal) showed womb to be clear and a wee cyst on one ovary but nothing to be worried about. They've taken blood to check hormone levels and will take again on Wednesday to make sure I really am all clear but essentially that's that.:(:o

Am sitting eating the risotto I coudn't face last night and will follow up with a cuppa and some more jaffa cakes. As of the weekend my aris will be in gear for running:cool:

I think I do know for certain. The bloods are just routine. If you'd seen what I saw this morning (and I hope very much none of you ever do) you would too x

Unfortunately I know exactly what you mean (it was a long time ago), feel so sorry for you x

Don't rush back into running if you're not feeling totally right, your body might need to take it easy for a while.

aw sweetie big hugs, i know nothing that i can say will help that much since me and the wife went through the same thing, however ours happened when we was on holiday with my parents, brother and his wife.

if you have a lot of pain drop me a pm and i can advise on some of the best combinations of over the counter drugs which are safe to take together (my brother and his wife are both pharmasists) although not regulaly advised in an officail capcity
