2 questions if I may. concerns me deeply

Hi all,
I am concerned and would rather people that have delt with this answered rather than CSA telling me the rubbish they wish to.
ok, my wife and I split up, she is on benefits and is keeping the kids and I am at work but as I work weekends and get days off during the week I'll not see them much apart from Holidays etc.
Now. The CSA website calculator said I have to pay £99.00 per week to my ex/wife for the cost of CS, that's £396.00 per calendar month however, she will only get £80.00 per month (£20pw) out of that:
Question 1: What happens to the other £316.00
Depending on the answer is how Q2 is going to work out:
If the £316.00 goes into a bank account each month until my youngest chilld is 21 then it gets devided that's all very good and we'll stick with that but if the money goes to the CSA Christmas Party Fund or pays for new office chairs etc etc then
Question 2: How much should I pay my ex/wife each month for CS doing it private?
The CSA website said "if" both parents aggree then it can be privatley done.
We have 3 children together: girl 11 - Boy 10 - girl 8 - ofcourse I will put money aside for them in a separate section of my bank account for when they are older and will deal with their shoe/trainer issues etc etc and will try to be as active in their lifes as possible.
Many Thanks and sorry about the long winded way of asking

This changed after April this year. Someone on benefits can keep all CS without it affecting benefits.
As for question 3 - it's up to you and her.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

She keeps it all now, but what USED to happen is that the rest was kept by the Government to offset against the benefits she got.0
