I tried doing it for my MIL (I don't need one as get on the buses free already) but she didn't qualify either.

though i did notice it says something about free travel to work, so if you put you need it for work it might qualify?

didnt realise it was about free travel to work so I didnt get it either and I think it is probably for young people

I applied for aberdeen for my son who uses the bus every day and didnt qualify

then used my mothers address for a pass for myself

said i never used the bus , always took my own car, said the bus service was less frequent

and then i qualified and received this
