That's really odd.

If I google to get to their site, their home page somehow knows it's me, without any signing in process. All the products have the usual price in black, and the discount in red beneath.

I'm very sorry if I'm getting a better deal because I've bought from them before, which seems to be the most likely explanation.

I'll email them to ask.

be very carefull when you buy as i bought a rollon hair remover usual price £29.99 for £10 (2 x rollones)
omg not 1 hair came off, i rang to see about a refund as they have a 30 day money back guarantee they said as i have used a bit out of 1 i could not have my money back i said but it doesnt work (even my hubby did a patch test not 1 hair gone lol)they said once you have oppened an item NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AS OTHER PEOPLE SAY IT WORKS.............. SO GIRLS BEWARE UNLESSYOU ARE 100% SURE OF THE PRODUCT DONT RISK YA MONEY ......... i know touch eclat is execellent so just use them for things you know and trust xxxxxx

Another warning about Buy-Cosmetics, I ordered some stuff from them a couple of months ago when the nectar offer was on. Half the stuff I ordered was substituted without even letting me know and offering no explanation and the promotional gift wasn't included.
Customer service non-existant via all e-mails I could find and no more helpful on the telephone.
I will never buy from them again

I would say talk to traiding standards and ask their advice, I think you should get your money back by law.
I've seen people take waterproof mascara back to boots because it is not waterproof etc and they are happy to refund - mail order companies by law should give you more protection.

I have ordered from them, and had no problems at all, otherwise I wouldn't have posted this.

But then my post is apparently not much help anyway, as it must be an offer for existing customers.
