I would say just get a medium open coil sprung mattress. Don't go for the cheapest, as you will probably be able to feel the springs. Go for at least mid range.
I wouldn't bother with memory foam or pocket springs, as they won't be heavy enough to benefit from them.0 -

If I were you I would stay away from big brand names and big chain stores if you want good quality at a low price, and shop on line from a seller who gives a proper satisfaction guarantee that allows you to actually unpack and sleep on the mattress. This way it is in their interest to make sure that you make the right choice the first time.0
