I have made a complaint to the ASA regarding this promotion. The front of the paper stated "FREE Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish for every reader *offers not available outside the UK and Eire" It's only when you open the paper and get to page 100 that you discover that the offer is only available at selected John Lewis stores (my nearest one is 50 miles away) and between the hours of 1pm and 4pm. I feel that the front page statement was misleading. Not "every reader" lives within travelling distance of a participating store, not "every reader" can visit a participating store at the stipulated times. The front page should have carried more of the Terms and Condtions, if it had done so I wouldn't have bothered spending £1.50 on a such a publication.0

I completely agree with Kestrel. I bought the paper specifically because of the offer as I like the brand. However, I'm unable to get to a John Lewis in the allotted times and feel that the advertising was misleading and unfair

Cos how can you be gloomy, when the sun shines out your bum?
