Do I qualify as a first time buyer?

My situation:
Bought an apartment 4 years ago and sold that, it was in both our names.
Bought another apartment and it is currently let, also in both our names.
Want to buy a house to live in and will be registered in my name only.
Am I considered a first time buyer in this situation? I am not selling in order to move as we currently rent.
Thank you.

You're not a first time buyer.
You can ask a lender if you qualify for a first time buyer deal, but these are rarely better than any other deals that are available.0 -
