How do I Contact Facebook?

Someone I do not know has nicked a photo of one of my Bengal cats and put it on their profile pretending the cat is theirs, how do I contact Facebook to have it removed?

I heard that this is viable to do and legal, you have to click something in your privacy section to prevent people from doing this - someone posted it as their status to warn people. It is legal for people to use your pictures until you click the link to stop it.
