Haggling at Argos

Hi , can anyone tell me whether they've had any luck haggling at Argos.
I want to buy numerous items that will come to about £800 do you think they will give me any discount.
I will be paying cash
Only problem I can see is that Argos are cheaper than anyone else to start with so they may not have the incentive .
Has anyone else had any joy at their local Argos?

no argos don't there prices are set from head office you may be lucky if they do a sale or maybe some vouchers sites like myvouchercodes co uk
but remember argos arent always the cheapest out there same as comet arent either
i use the following price comparison sites which saved me £300 compared to comet, on 4 lots of white goods. so got my dishwasher for free in effect
put in model numbers of stuff you want and between them all gets best prices

if you cant find the items cheaper anywhere else Argos often do an offer of giving you a £5 or £10 voucher when you spend £50 or £100 so it might be worth hanging on till this offer crops up again and then split your shop up to benifit from this0
