    Apologies for bumping, but upon submission I get "one moment please" and it's been like that for over 5 mins so no idea if it has submitted or not? :(

    I remember people had problems like this before on Internet Explorer. The site owner said they were working on it. Maybe you could try switching browser? It worked ok for me this morning on Firefox.

    eta - Yes the problem is with IE8, see this thread
