Experiences of Onepoll payment transfer

Can anyone tell me, does it really take 10 working days for Onepoll to pay into your bank account when you hit £40? Thats what their website says and it was last Friday (so only 5 working days) since I submitted it for payment. My cat had to go to the vet and I am really hoping it will come through for me hassle free as it skinted me! It is my first time doing it so I did it with the BACS transfer giving them my bank details. Has anyone else had experience of receiving a payment from them this way?

I had mine paid into my paypal account and it took the full 10 days, not sure if it helped but I sent a moaning email on day 9 and the money was there the next day and then I promptly resigned:DThank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0
