Bankruptcy & Cycle To Work Scheme

I was thinking about buying a bike under the CTW scheme as a way of reducing costs, but given it is repaid over 12 months, would that be classed as a debt?
I have yet to go bankrupt and am worried about applying for it as It would be exceptionally embarrassing to have a debt written off to my employer!

Sorry this hasn't been answered!
Its my thinking that as it's a proveable debt, yes, it would be included in your BR. You could apply for it immediately after your BR though so it would be a new debt.0 -
How far would the cycle be? Might it be worth investing in a second hand bike until BR goes through? £50 can get you an awful lot of bike from ebay....
Proud of who, and what, I am. :female::male::cool:0
