Hi.
I am attempting to purchase the upstairs flat in a Victorian Flat. I have been offered the freehold. I own the lease on the only other downstairs flat.
The flat is occupied by someone with a Regulated Tenancy. Purchase £150K.
I am fully aware of the ramifications, yield etc of Regulated Tenancies and their inherent difficulties including the difficulty of normal BTL mortgages.
I have done a search but no definitive answers to the question:
CAN I SOMEHOW RAISE CAPITAL TO PURCHASE THIS FLAT??
I could probably find 25-30% if necessary.
I am struggling for information. Many thanks to anyone even where to start looking. Cheers
