i have vedge boxes delivered and try to buy locally whereever possible but i do have to say that i buy things from M&S (and waitrose sometimes) as the supermarket of choice. I have been really impressed by their improvements (i know it is a supermarket etc....) but it really is quite local and seasonal and most of all British where possible. I will only buy British and try to be as local as possible. I do think that M&S have tapped into a market that the other supermarkets ignor and if you have to use a supermarket use them!!:j
