Wouldn't work for me either. Took ages for it to go through and then came up stating that it couldn't display the page!

Worked for me, gave my details and my daughters as it says one entry per person, not one per address. Filled it in for a friend too. I'll try anything that isn't pantene(I'm allergic to it). Thanks OP.

By the way the first time it took me to a page which could not be displayed. SO the 2nd time I clicked I was already a user and it brought up the details I had filled in the previous min. I pressed enter and it went through.

I learnt thru reading the beginners guide (which I can't find at the mo). However the answer is also under FAQ on the toolbar at the top of your page near the user cp link.
