    Hi y'all....:hello:

Sorry not been around much, have been working my arriss off. Getting out and about a bit more now seeing clients and working my charm on them (hopefully). Bit knackered but its a good knackered.

Something really upsetting just happened, a neighbour that backs onto us put a leaflet through our door today about their missing cat. My OH has just found it in our garden. It had got caught in the dangling bit of my washing line. They are a bit upset...it was horrible having to ring them up and tell them.

Butti....sorry about your exams, but please think seriously about taking them again, otherwise all the effort you have put in up to now will be just wasted.

Off to cinema in a bit with OH to see Ghost, I think its called with Ewan McGregor and grab a bite to eat. Will have to work all weekend to catch up on admin but hopefully if its nice I can do it outside.

    xx

    Oh sorry about the cat.

Claire, I think you really need to talk to your builder about getting some money back, it sounds like he's done a really botched job.

I've just had a shock - sister owes me money for some shopping I added into my tesco order, and she's going to pay me it back! I was sure I'd seen the last of it...

Ah well failed my Prince2 Practitioner Exam:( Feel a bit flat. They were saying to me on the phone 'You could always re-take it' but it was SO SO hard first time round I don't know. Probably need a fortnight to think about it.

How much did you pass/fail by? Why did you think it was hard? Won't the second time be easier?

Ames, I'm not going to see any money back, i've paid him (i won't do that ever again) he came last friday for 2 hours then left to fit laminate floor in someone elses house, he was supposed to come sunday, didn't turn up, and hasn't turned up at all this week either.

The sad part is he did a fab job on our roof, thats why we hired him to do the bathroom, although the unfinished state, its 200% better than what it was.

    Morning all

Tenmah - Sounds like you'll be having fun with your great neices - how old are they?

Hope you all have a good day

They are 7, 4 and 18 months

My daughter is nearly 23 and I have forgotten how to entertain littlies! Weather looks ok so we are going for a picnic on the local park and then to visit my Dad as he hasn't seen them for a while, so that will keep some of the day occupied!

I have been appointed to loads of opening and counting of postal votes, being a poll clerk on the day and then counting the next day. Will be tiring but will keep thinking of the money!
