I have an appointment with the Halifax on Monday to go through the offers for my mortgage, we will be discussing rates and how many years I want my mortgage to be over.
He mention that I needed to find a solictor before this appointment so things can be swiftly moved on, does anyone have any advice on what I need to be asking the solicitors the advisor mention the fees should be in the range of £600-£700 does this sound right?
My house has been valued at £65k and my purchase price is 41K a little more than expected but I don't mind.
