Bras

I'm looking for a bra that will sort of push my boobs together a bit more! I don't like them overly seperate in some the items I wear. I'd actually like them to be pushed up a bit more, but the strap are always too small and fall off my shoulders even on the smallest setting. My bra size is 38d so i'm not skinny at all!

I'd say wonderbra too- the straps always seem to short for me- could work for you? Tesco also have a pushup range by Ultimo which is worth a look.0

I was a 38D when I got measured in Marks and Spencers, have been getting measured regularly in Bravissimo for the past few years and I am now a 34G without changing dress size lol
They don't use measuring tapes but they do try on various of their bras in different styles to see what works best. All bras I have bought from Bravissimo have always been a great lift and support and they do all styles.
If you have one nearby you could maybe pop into their for a measurement, they will try you wearing some of their bras to see the proper fit etc and if you don't want to pay their prices, they start from £20+ you could maybe shop about for the same bra they tried on you and that gave you the desired effect of pushing your boobs together and see if you could find it cheaper.
For the effect you are talking about it is a moulded plunge bra I buy.0 -
Primark had some new bras in a couple of months ago, I too have the same problem (40D) but I have quite high boobs, so don't need the lift, but more the push together IYKWIM. Anyhoo, these ones in Primark seemed to have nice short straps, and do the job. Were only about £6 too, so very MS4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

Gill - I'm not too sure about Marks and Spencers bra fitters. My ex-girlfriend went to got measured and was told she was a B-cup (she quite clearly isn't) before the fitter changed her mind and decided she was a C-cup, before changing her mind again and deciding she was a D-cup!0

Hi weeneldo
Yeah sorry if I wasn't clear in my post, that is what I was meaning in that Marks and Spencer's fit wasn't right for me, it was not a good lift or support etc but for the past few years I have been shopping in Bravissimo and haven't looked back, they don't use measuring tape and just kind of know if that makes sense but I have recommended the place to others and they are now Bravissimo shoppers too.0
