I have bought two 2gb cards from ebay. The first one was fine (although i know think is fake- but works ok) but the second one is definitly a fake. I wish i'd done my research first as so many articles on the internet about fake sony cards- even claiming that 99% on ebay are fake. It is a very good fake (in terms of looks- you really would have to compare closely) but it does not fit in my adapter well.
If you read on the internet there are lots of articles about how they can get stuck in your psp etc (and mine is a bit off size). Apparently there are lots of ways to tell a fake (the seal on the packet is different, the adapter should be in the packet not seperate, the text should be engraved not printed etc). I just searched and found so many articles etc.
I have contact the seller and asked for a refund and what a suprise i have not heard anything.
I know people are saying it doesn't matter if fake but i have rapidly changed my mind from what i've read and my experience. I guess i was stupid to think i could get something for £25-£30 which normally costs £55-£60 but no such thing really!0 -

I've got two genuine Sony 512mb cards, both stick in my PSP so don't assume they are fake for that reason
