LO a new take!!!

Hi all.

The CSA are now trying to confuse me to death!!

They sent me a summons for a new LO and yesterday confirmed that they were going for it on 6 May! Counter application ready to send, then got a call telling me that they are going to drop the application. if my ex finds out she will go off the wall, or her current husband will.

They admit that it is wrong and that they are not going to ask me to pay for it! Nice of them really, I informed then that by the fact that they have droped the case makes then liable for costs in the application. Don't think that they had thought this far ahead, that is if they think at all!

Any one come across this before, and just what are they up too???

Don't suppose you may got it in writing! Sorry just we know how those cynics amongst us don't trust CSA at all!!!!!

I am told that will get cofermation of retraction in post. Have written to Court to say I want to go with application but at local Court.

All of the letters that they have sent wil be in the Bundle!! I am guessing here but think Judge will go off on one!!

It seems apparent that the clowns that apply for these LO's haven't a bleeding clue.They are fed duff information from one section onto another don't think things through before puting it on paper to apply to the courts .

I have complained twice about an enforcement clown on my case and am awaiting a satisfactory answer before i back down .She done the damage to me so its payback time .If i don't get a satisfactory answer 2nd time i will keep complaining and do it via my MP next time .
