Want interest only fixed rate loan. Any chance?
Hi. I'm looking to raise £30k to put into a business on the back of the £80k equity I have in my house.
My mortgage lender (Abbey) is happy to offer this on an interest only basis, but only on a variable rate.
I was hoping that there would be a lender out there that would fix the rate, even if it was only for a couple of years. Any suggestions?
Thanks
