got my kids to exercise for free!

I sent off for the free kellkogs branflakes pedometer and got 2 so I saved them and the other day the kids had to go to the dentist (which is a good walk) and they wanted to go in the car.

I am saving on petrol at the mo so I got the pedometers out and said it was a game to see who could clock up the most steps...instant result!

They are 10 and 12 but I reckon it would work for most ages, a few days later they are still clocking up the miles and getting quite competitive about it!

Thats a good idea, wish I could get my kids to do something like this, but knowing my youngest, he would cheat :rotfl: Might start a little competition off where whoever helps give the dogs the most excersise gets extra pocket money. I've got one pedometer, how long did yours take to arrive?

That's a brilliant idea! I have two pedometers floating around somewhere, I will fish them out this week.
Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
